You will work directly with Don, the president and builder, during the building process. He has the ability to “lay out” the plan, so the draftsman is completely aware of your wants and needs and to implement the changes you would like in that plan. Once this is in place, you will “walk through” a simplified process with Don to review the plans, specifications, and changes in an easy-to-understand method.
